When a series of blackouts occurs in power stations leaving Los Angeles in the dark, Don and his team must determine if it is an accident or more … Turns out that power is being shut off to allow people to bust into a prison, in order to get out the known fugitive Tobachian. He was introduced in the last episodes and seems to be this seasons leading villain. Known to launder money, distribute drugs, fix horse races and probably more.

The same cartel that was supplying him drugs is trying to break into the prison to kill him. He agreed to testify against them. What’s the best way to handle a whistle blower? Kill him. The prison runs on power generators in an emergency. They blow the power grid 3 nights in a row in order to run the generators out of diesel fuel. This would allow them to get a truck into the facility and get to the target.They hide a few guy’s in the fuel tanker and as soon as they are let in kill one of the guards and make their way to the prisoner with his keys. Meanwhile, the team is trying to get into the prison. Agent Warner is already inside on her way to get the prisoner, she has no idea what is going on. Don comes in and grabs her and the prisoner with his team, the get Tobachian out so he can be put in a safe house and testify later.
